The scope of projects includes:
- Client onboarding - creating multiple apps for KYC and new deal management. I’m helping to improve process efficiency and user experience, often through automation and assistance (AI). Thanks to my work, the work on onboarding has accelerated 3-times using fewer resources
- Application that reads data files and captures important data for the bank and finds those that need to be changed using AI which helps improve process performance
- AI agent to help fill out complex forms much faster and without need to manually search through files
- Creating a new design system for the bank that helps create designs faster and more consistently.
